Colonel Richard Seltzer & Helen Estes Seltzer| {Arlington National Cemetery}On Tuesday, December 23, I had the honor of attending and documenting my Great-Uncle Dick's funeral at Arlington National Ceremony. Among all my friends in the Philadelphia area, my Great-Uncle Dick is simply known as "Joe" from the Pennsylvania Lottery Commercials. But Uncle Dick retired as a colonel in the US Army after serving in World War II and was buried this week, along with my Great-Aunt Helen, with full military honors at Arlington. Attending and photographing this incredible service was moving and absolutely fascinating.
